Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, we do. We do not surface clean, spot clean, or splash n’ dash like the budget cleaners do. We give each of our clients carpets a deep clean to ensure removing 100% of the soil and contaminates. On a rare occasion, a stain or spot we cleaned reappears, our promise to you is to come back and remove it. If it is possible to remove the stain or spot, We Guarantee it! There are some stains that are permanent. We address those issues when we first come out. We walk through the cleaning areas with our clients and point out potential problem spots. We will do our best to remove and offer alternative optons to fix the problem. We offer carpet patching or heat transferring. Every stain is different and we will be more than happy to explain the options you have once we see the stain.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Our average drying time is from 3 to 6 hours. Drying time will depends on the thickness of pile and fibers, the weather conditions, and the amount of air circulation in your home. We can increase the speed at which your carpet dries by adding air movers into the areas after we cleaned.
Is your company Licensed?
Yes. We are fully licensed with the city of Slidell and the state of Louisiana. We can provide you with a copy of our business license as well.
Is your company insured?
Yes. We carry full insurance on our vehicles, equipment, and business.
What can I do to prepare my carpet before my appointment?
We ask for any small and/or breakble items to be removed from the areas that will be cleaned. We will handle furniture such as couches, end tables etc, as we are cleaning. We use foam blocks that allow us to place heavier furniture on while the carpet underneath dries. Vacuuming before we arrive is one of the most important parts. Vacuuming will remove loose soil and debris and allow us to put 110% effort into removing all the stains, spots, and odors.
How soon can you come out and clean my carpet?
Our average wait time is less than one business day. In some circumstances, we can offer same day service. Our general hours of operation are Monday- Saturday 8am – 6pm
Is There A Minimum Charge?
Yes. For the entire Slidell area there is a $79 minimum. Please give us a call for more details or questions
